One long table, lit by the fire
A kitchen that follows the seasons

Marta Lahoz grew up two valleys away and came home after twelve years cooking in Barcelona. Her menu is short on purpose: six or seven dishes that change when the market does.
Lunch is simple and quick for walkers passing through. Dinner is slower: the fire is lit at eight and the rice comes to the table in the pan.
“If it doesn’t grow within an hour of here, it doesn’t go in the pan.”
Marta Lahoz, chef
