What we collect and why
We use your name, email and phone to manage your booking, answer your questions and, only if you ask for it, send you our seasonal letter. The legal basis is the contract when you book, and your consent for the newsletter.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for as long as tax law requires. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@lumbrehotel.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
